These Terms govern your use of n8nGalaxy, including integrations with third-party services such as Google APIs. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Introduction

n8nGalaxy (“n8nGalaxy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides workflow automation, integration services, and related tools via our websites and subdomains, including n8ngalaxy.com and n8n.n8ngalaxy.com (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Scope of Services

The Services enable users to design, configure, and run automated workflows. Workflows may connect to third-party platforms (for example, Google APIs) and process data strictly as defined by the user’s workflow configuration.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent) and have the authority to connect any accounts you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to access and process any data used with the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, credentials, or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including abuse of rate limits or infrastructure.
Upload or transmit malware, exploits, or other malicious code.
Use the Services to violate third-party terms (including Google API policies) or applicable laws.

5. Google API Integrations

n8nGalaxy may integrate with Google services using OAuth and Google APIs, including: Gmail API, Google Drive API, Google Sheets API, and Google Calendar API.

Access to Google user data occurs only after you provide explicit OAuth consent and is used only to perform tasks you configure in your workflows (for example: sending an email, reading a Drive file, updating a Sheet, or creating a Calendar event).

6. Your Responsibilities for Credentials and Configuration

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and connected accounts.
You are responsible for reviewing workflow actions before enabling them.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with privacy laws and third-party terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers (hosting, databases, messaging platforms, and APIs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party service availability, outages, or changes.

8. Service Availability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n8nGalaxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
